Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Travel Game. By using it you agree to the following.
The service may change
Features, game rules and content can change, break or be removed at any time. The service may be slow or unavailable, and your data is not guaranteed to be preserved.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you record and upload, including photos and notes. You give Travel Game permission to store, process and display that content as needed to run the service for you — and, only where you choose to make something public, to show it to others. Only upload content you have the right to use, and only record experiences you have actually had.
Sharing is your choice and your responsibility
An experience or profile stays private unless you explicitly make it public. Anything you make public can be seen by anyone with the link. Making your profile Public requires agreeing to the community rules shown at that time; breaking them may result in your profile being made private again. Do not share other people's private information or photos in which people can be identified without their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or probe the service, access other people's accounts or data, or automate abusive requests. Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit content, or impersonate other people. We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that do this, or that put the service or others at risk. You can report content or block a traveler from within the app, or write to the address at the bottom of this page. We promptly review reported content and, where necessary, remove or restrict it or take action on the account responsible.
No warranty and limited liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and without a guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Travel Game is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or content.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. You can permanently delete your own account and everything in it from Settings → Delete account — see the Privacy page for what that removes. We may also end or restrict access to the service as described above.
Subscriptions
Travel Game Plus is an optional paid subscription, offered monthly or annually. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store (or Google Play) account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. You can restore a previous purchase from Settings or the Plus screen. Deleting your Travel Game account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; cancel it separately through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Purchases, billing and refunds are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play and are governed by their own policies, not by Travel Game directly, except where the law requires otherwise.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
