Delete account

You can permanently delete your Travel Game account and everything in it at any time — no need to contact anyone.

Delete your account

Sign in to Travel Game, then go to Settings → Delete account. Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen to permanently delete your account. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

This removes your Experiences, notes and photos, your profile, your preferences, your sign-in identity, any reports you filed, any blocks you set, and your community-rules acceptance record. See Privacy for the full list.

If you signed in with Apple

Travel Game asks you to confirm with Apple once more before deleting, so that Travel Game's access to your Apple ID can be removed. If you cancel that step, nothing is deleted. If it can't be completed, your account is still deleted, and you can finish by opening Settings on your iPhone, tapping your name, finding Travel Game under the apps that use Sign in with Apple and tapping Stop Using Apple ID.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Plus subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account settings, or you may continue to be billed.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to your account, contact travelgame.support@gmail.com for help. Emailing Support does not delete your account by itself — deletion only happens when you sign in and use Settings → Delete account.
